Review Time.... Tanya Burr Nail Polish!!

So Today I was thinking of a blog post to do and I saw this product sitting on my table! So why not do a quick product review on this! I've had this for a while now and it’s the Tanya Burr Nail Polish! I don’t really wear nail polish much but I like to wear it now and again! Oh if you don’t already know who Tanya Burr is she is a well known youtuber! She recently launched her own collection of makeup! Well... It has been a while and I am pretty late as I am doing a review like months later but never mind!

Okay let’s start of with the packaging of this product..! The bottle is a good square sort of design and very simple :) The Tanya Burr nail polish comes in 10 gorgeous different colours which are all so pretty but I decided to go for this nude baby pink sort of colour which is called 'Mini Marshmallows’. I love the name and it totally reminds me of marshmallows haha!

The brush of this product is like any other nail polish brush and the product is easy to apply on. On to the actual product itself now! I love the nail polish because the colour can be worn anytime on any occasion whether it’s for everyday purpose or a special occasion as it is such a neutral light colour and can dress up any outfit! When I first applied this with only one layer of the polish the colour didn't come out to well so I had to apply a couple of coats so the colour would show! Once I had applied a few layers of nail polish the colour was lovely and had a really nice baby pink finish! I loved it! <3

I was slightly disappointed at the fact that I had to apply few coats but nevertheless I still liked the product! Although I think it’s because the colour is generally really light so it needs to be coated a few times! However, I have heard and read that the other colours only need about 2 coats so that’s awesome =D

Overall, I really like the Tanya Burr nail polish and I think it was a great purchase! The nail polishes retail at £5.99 each and can be purchased at any Superdrug store.

Hey There! First of all I am going to apologise for not uploading for a while. It has been over a week so I am sorry to have kept you waiting! So in order to make up for that I will be uploading 2 blog posts today so this one along with another one! Or I will upload it sometime during the week! I hope you guys will enjoy it! <3

Today I am going to be reviewing a product which I have been using recently and I think that it is a must have in every home! It’s the Aloe Vera Gelly! They specialise in products which contain Aloe Vera. They make sure that they use the inner gel of the plant in their products and not the whole plant as only the inner gel is the good stuff! Many other companies and brands that make products which contain Aloe tend to use the whole plant which can become dangerous for the body! Aloe Vera is very well known in order to help treat skin conditions and problems. There are tons of benefits as to why using Aloe Vera Gelly is good for the skin!

1) Aloe Vera is great for moisturising.

Recently, I got a painful cut in my hand. I immediately applied Aloe Vera Gelly and within a few minutes I could feel a cooling sensation and it felt so much better! I applied the Gelly a couple of times and by the end of the day my skin had recovered very well.

Also the other day a glass frame fell on to my mum and hit her face which as you can imagine must have been extremely painful. It hit her near her lip and within seconds it had bruised up and she was in pain. I got some Aloe Vera Gelly and told her to apply it on to her bruise. After about 20 minutes or less the bruise had gone down! She re applied it 2 or 3 times during the day and by the evening the bruise had gone and disappeared!

This product is amazing! I didn't expect it to be so good but when I tried it out for my self and saw that it actually works I was amazed! It’s literally like a mini first aid kit! Aloe Vera Gelly can be used for anything from healing cuts, bruises, scars and much more. It’s also great to apply after Waxing, Lasering or even after an Electrolysis treatment. For me personally, this is a product that I am definitely going to keep using.

No7 Cleansing Brush Review

How are all of you doing? I didn’t know what I was going to do a blog post about today! After thinking long and hard I thought it would be nice if I did a review on a Skincare product! After all who doesn’t like their skin being clean and free from Blemishes, Spots and dirt!

The product that I am going to be reviewing is the No7 Cleansing Brush which is by Boots. It’s like a much cheaper alternative to the Clarisonic! I’ve had this product for quite some time now so I thought its time I let you guys know how this product is!

No7 Cleansing Brush

Boots describe this product as ‘'This clever cleansing brush gently exfoliates and deeply cleanses the skin, removing more dirt, oil and make-up than manual cleansing alone. Easy and quick to use, discover super clean, soft, radiant and healthier looking skin in less than 60 seconds.'

I totally agree with this and I feel since I have started to use this cleansing brush it has made such a huge difference to my skin! My skin feels so much smoother and I feel that it removes any dead skin and my face gets that good deep cleanse that it deserves. It makes so much of a difference instead of just massaging it in with your fingers.

The actual product is battery powered which I think is fine because you can easily change the batteries. The brush needs to be changed every couple of months and the separate brush refills can be purchased at the Boots store. The actual brush is powered by a simple button and this has 2 settings. One is a more gentle cleanse whilst the other is a deeper cleanse. I don’t recommend you use this product every day but use it every couple of days when you’re in the shower or just anytime during the day! Also if you have very sensitive skin then I don’t recommend this product for you. It also states this information on the packaging as this product isn't ideal for those who have very dry or sensitive skin!

The one button that simply controls the product!

If you’re wondering how to use this product all you simply do is remove any makeup you may have on. You then take a cleanser of your choice. I use the ‘Botanics cleansing foam wash’ which is also by Boots and I think that the product is great and smells lovely too! Oh and it’s cheap and affordable which is always a bonus! I sometimes also use the ‘Soap and Glory peaches and clean deep cleansing milk’ which is also a good product! (I will do a separate review on these products if any of you guys want) But like I mentioned you can use whatever face cleanser you want. You then take some of the product and spread it evenly all over the face. After that you just wet the brush & thereafter switch it on and gently massage your face is circular movements! Do this for about 1 minute only and then wash off with water! Dry your face with a cloth and then… BOBSYOURUNCLE!! You should instantly feel the difference!! =D

I use the brush in conjunction with the Botanics Foam wash.

I also like to use the Peaches & Clean Cleansing Milk by Soap & Glory occasionally!

I LOVE this product and I use it every couple of days on my face! I think it has made so much of a difference and has helped to reduce any breakouts and blemishes. It makes my skin feel so refreshed after using it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good product for their skin! You literally will notice the difference after the first use!

If you’re thinking of purchasing this, this product retails at £24.99. However I did buy this when it was on sale for £15.00. If you don’t want to pay the full price then you can wait for when they have a sale or special deals on like 3 for 2! Guess what?! They have the 3 for 2 deal going on right now for No7 products so you could definitely check that out! =D Oh one more thing.. This product also comes with a 2 year warranty which is a definite plus!
